$35/$31.50 concession per week for a minimum of three months. Payment is by Direct Debit onlyPackage will renew weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly (your choice) unless cancelled by you (14 days notice required). Payment is debited from your bank account ($2.20 set-up and $1.10/transaction) or credit card ($2.20 set-up fee and 2.2%/min $1.10 per transaction applies to the credit card option – Visa/Mastercard).

A $15 declined fee is payable every time your payment is declined.  This declined fee is to be paid on your next visit to the studio.
14 days notice in writing via email to is required to cancel your direct debit.  Any payments due during this notice period will be deducted as normal.
To have your Direct Debit package set up and ready to go we will need 3 days to process your request once we have received your paper work.

We want happy and satisfied customers. Therefore we aim to comply fully with all aspects of Australian Consumer Law (Act 2010) as it relates to provision of services.

We are not obliged to provide a refund in circumstances where you:

changed your mind
changed your address
insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against our advice
failed to clearly explain your specific needs to us

In the event you become permanently sick or injured, have a general membership for which you are seeking a refund, you will need to:

  • provide us written notification as early as you can
  • provide a medical certificate to confirm the problem.

In accordance with Australian consumer law we will:

  • refund the unused portion of fees within 21 days of getting your notice
  • may charge a fee for any service that you used before you cancelled
  • may also charge an administration fee
  • may charge a cancellation fee

This does not apply to direct debits.  Please see the direct debit tab for specific information that relates to this contract.

No holds, transfers or extensions on any introductory offers, no exceptions. The introductory week is seven (7) consecutive days of hot yoga.
Class packages are nonrefundable and non transferable and cannot be suspended unless otherwise stated in the terms.

Previous class participation through casual payment, gift voucher credit, pass or package purchases cannot be retrospectively credited, accumulated, transferred or negotiated towards any another product.
3, 6, and 12 month packages can be suspended for a maximum of one year due to pregnancy.
Class passes and packages are non-extendable excepting for medical reasons or otherwise stated in the terms and conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a letter from their physician outlining the required extension period.
Class passes begin on the date of the first class attended.
Gift vouchers are non refundable nor replaceable.
Every effort is made to deliver classes as set out in the timetable, however class times may be subject to change or cancellation without notice. Check the website or Facebook page for the most up-to-date scheduling.
Prices are subject to change without notice to reflect increasing costs. This excludes existing pre-sales.

Students under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in class (with the exception of children’s classes.)

Little things make a big difference.

ensō yoga reserves the right to refuse entry.
Doors will be open at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time.
ensō yoga has provided shelving for your complimentary use, but are not responsible for your personal belongings.

Mobile devices and phones should be switched off or on flight mode before entering the studio.
Pre-payment for our services is required as a condition of entry to the studio.
We provide a clean and safe environment for our clients to enjoy yoga.
Shoes and other footwear should be stored outside the studio door or stowed in your baggage.
A mat is required for all classes.
Props used in class are optional and to be returned and stored as instructed.
