*ensō yoga reserves the right to refuse entry.

*Doors will be open at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time.

*ensō yoga has provided shelving for your complimentary use, but are not responsible for your personal belongings.

*Class packages are nonrefundable and non transferable.

*3, 6, and 12 month packages can be suspended for a maximum of one year due to pregnancy.

*Class passes and packages are non-extendable excepting for medical reasons. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a letter from their physician outlining the required extension period.

*Class passes begin on the date of the first class attended.

*Gift vouchers are non refundable nor replaceable.

*Every effort is made to deliver classes as set out in the timetable, however class times may be subject to change or cancellation without notice. Check the website or Facebook page for the most up-to-date scheduling.

* Prices are subject to change without notice to reflect increasing costs. This excludes existing pre-sales.

*Direct debit memberships will be debited from your nominated account weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly (as nominated by you) unless otherwise requested.

*10% concessional discount available for full-time students, pensioners and health care card holders (proof required)

*Students under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in class (with the exception of children’s classes.)

*Students under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver.

*ensō yoga accepts cash, eftpos, Mastercard and Visa

REFUND POLICY

*We will gladly exchange or refund any unused / undamaged items within 7 days with proof of purchase.

*Faulty merchandise will be gladly exchanged or refunded.
